HOTSHOT DARTS

Terms of use

HotShot Darts · Last updated 15 October 2026

HotShot Darts is made by Kwixa Ltd (“we”), a company registered in England and Wales. These terms cover the HotShot Darts app and the free tools on this website. The short version: the app is free to use, there is one optional one-off purchase, and it comes as it is.

Your licence

The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). That is the licence. These terms add a few plain-English points; if anything here conflicts with the standard EULA, the EULA wins.

Free, plus one purchase

Scoring, the checkout chart, undo, averages, history and two bots are free with no time limit. “Unlock Everything” is a one-off in-app purchase that unlocks the paid features for good on your Apple ID: there is no subscription and nothing renews. You can restore it on any device signed in to the same Apple ID from Settings → Shop → Restore purchases. “Tip the dev” is a voluntary tip and unlocks nothing.

Payments, refunds and family sharing are handled by Apple under its own terms. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

We don’t collect any. The privacy policy explains what stays on your device and in your own iCloud.

Fair use

Use the app and this site for scoring, practice and fun. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute the app, and don’t use the website tools in a way that harms the site or other people.

No warranties

The app and the website tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to get the scores, the bust rules and the checkout routes right, but we can’t promise the app will be error-free or always available, and the suggested routes are guidance, not a guarantee. Keep your own count if a result matters.

As far as the law allows, Kwixa Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, from using the app or the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes

If these terms change, this page changes first and the date at the top moves.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also use your local courts.
